Im trying to make Expiration for DigitalOcean users on Ubuntu 16.04 but i don’t now how, can some one help me?

If you want to do this for new users you could do it with the following command:
useradd -e 2020-01-30 your_new_user
The above would create a user that would expire on 30/Jan/2020.
If you want to do this for an existing user you can use the usermod command:
usermod --expiredate 2020-01-30 your_new_user
If you don’t want to specify an exact date, but set the user to expire in let’s say 15 days, you could do something like this:
usermod --expiredate $(date -d "15 days" "+%Y-%m-%d") your_new_user
