I have written a programe in C and have one executable , now when i Ran a php script and i want to execute this executable with some parameter and get output of that in php variable so that i can use it and return to the client , how we can do that ?

There are several ways to execute a command from PHP. I personally prefer to use backticks " ` " to do this.
$result = `/home/user/mycommand`;
Just make sure that your C executable has the proper permissions so the web server user can execute it.
