I need to transfer credit. It is possible transfer credit if add another person to a team (this user have credit in his account)

A. No - credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
but you can still contact support to take a chance.
If it’s promotional credit, I’m pretty sure that’d be non-transferable, though if it’s credit resulting from a deposit, they may allow it.
You would need to submit a support ticket through the control panel to see if this would be permitted though. By default, there’s not a way to do this on the user end.
