Our droplet was blocked by having a user who was phishing but it was already solved by deleting the account and notifying him by support ticket to Digital Ocean. However we still have no answer. Do Digital Ocean take a long time to respond tickets support?

The ticket is 03138530 Please if you can view the ticket and open the ports 80 and 443, we need the server working. The accout was phishing was blocked. Thanks a lot.
