How long does it take support to respond to tickets? I came to Digital Ocean because another vendor took days, weeks, and even years to address tickets.

Hey there!

The answer is: it depends. We have a staffed Support team working 24 hours a day every day of the year, and do our best to address all of the tickets as quickly as possible. The amount of time it takes to receive a response can vary based on how many tickets are in the queue, staffing for that day, and other situational factors that can grow the queue like active incidents or cyclical events like billing. There should never be a situation that takes weeks to get a response, although some issues might need to be investigated internally and so might take some time for a resolution.
