i have outstanding ballance 10 dollar, however i cannot add my credit car to my account , what is other options for me to clear the outstanding?

To pay for an outstanding balance on your account, you can either add a card to your account or you should be able to link a PayPal account to it and use this to top up your account balance to bring it up to $0.
If you have any specific questions about your account, the best thing to do would be to reach out to our support folks who have the ability to view what’s going on with your account, which we don’t have on the Q&A.
