How to connect MySQL managed database as a datasource in Google Data Studio

Is it possible to connect MySQL version 8 Managed database as the data source for Google data studio?
I am getting an error “Sorry, we encountered an error and were unable to complete your request”

From apr-29-2021 update Google supports MySQL 8 version.
The below URL will provide you steps to connect the MySQL database as a data source to google data studio.

If any error is being encountered, suggest changing the MySQL user password encrpytion method from caching_sha2_password to mysql_native_password.
