What you could do is to use the DigitalOcean API and build a custom dashboard so that you could show only the information that you need for the servers that you need.
For more information on the DigitalOcean API and the Droplet metrics, you could take a look at the documentation here:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/reference/api/api-reference/#operation/get_droplet_cpu_metrics.
Another way of doing this is to link the TV with a laptop or a Raspberry Pi and use the TV as an actual monitor. That way you would not have to build a custom dashboard and you could just log in to your DigitalOcean Control Panel and open the metrics page for the specific Droplets.
