If you are using MySQL or MariaDB, you could use the mysqldump command to export your database. First you need to SSH to your server and then run the following command:
- mysqldump -u your_username -p database_name > database_name.sql
This will export your database to a file called database_name.sql.
Then you can use SFTP to download the .sql export and your website files. Here is a guide on how to use SFTP with FileZilla:
