How to host PEPS with django project?

I want to host PEPS, the mailing service, along with my django project on an Ubuntu 14.04 image

The details of how to run a Django project alongside PEPS are dependent on how you are deploying the project. I’d advise running them on separate Droplets in order to isolate the services from each other. Though if you want to run them on the same server, an Nginx reverse proxy would be the way to go.
