Hello, you are going to need to use ssh to log into your server. To do that you should open a terminal and use the following command:
ssh root@domain.com
Replace domain.com with your domain name or use your server’s ip address. You will need to use the root password to login. If you have root logins disabled, then you need another username and password combination to log into the server.
Once you have logged in, type
uname -r
into the terminal and let us know what operating system you are running. Then someone can help you check the status of your running processes and get them started again.
