Can i install Vesta Control Panel on a no fresh server? Or do i need to start over to be able to install it?

The VestaCP documentation-as with any other control panel-recommends installing it on a fresh/clean server so you can be sure that there’s nothing installed on your server that might conflict with VestaCP and possibly stop it from being installed properly. If you have data that you don’t want to delete on your existing droplet, I would recommend creating a new droplet, installing VestaCP, and then transferring your files to the new droplet.
