Hello DO community, can someone please advise how i can login my droplet via SSH and troubleshoot? Sorry for such basic question, as I am not tech savvy and very new to this. The issue i had is that I was unable to connect to VPN since March 22nd. Things worked fine the day before. The error message i received is following:
The network connection between your computer and the VPN server could not be established because the remote server is not responding. This could be because one of the network devices (e.g. firewalls, NAT, routers, etc) between your computer and the remote server is not configured to allow VPN connections. Please contact your Administrator or your service provider to determine which device may be causing the problem.
Please note no changes had been made to any settings of my computer or network settings. So I submitted a ticket to DO support. The response I got is that my droplet is online and responding to network requests however. As such they suggest me to login to your droplet via SSH and troubleshoot this further. They also suggest to try restarting the VPN software you are using on the droplet as well as check its logs to see why it failed.
Can someone please kindly advise what exactly I shall do? I really appreciate! Many thanks in advance.
