Currently, there is no option to restart the database from the dashboard due to cluster consistency and stability. We can restart your database cluster from our end on request. You can raise a support ticket with us and we can help you in restart of the database cluster.

I am so frustrated. I’m in a dead lock situation and I am unable to restart the mysql server. Absolutely frustrating. I moved away from Google cloud to digital ocean only to find out you can’t even restart your mysql instance.
Ive sent ticket since morning and nobody has taken care of it. I NEED URGENT ATTENTION to my problem please.
