I have created a new droplet to make use of the new Singapore datacenter, and want to transfer my existing sites over. I have done everything apart from the DNS update, but how do I do this, as the nameservers will still be the same?

To clarify, I want to point a domain which was originally on a DO droplet, to a new one I have just set up. Thanks!
I assume your hosting a web based service and not leveraging DigitalOceans (DO) DNS services; in which case you should just need to change your A record to the new Droplet IP address. If your using DO DNS the following link explains how to setup a host hame with DO:
https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-set-up-a-host-name-with-digitalocean
