I am new to Digital Ocean and I inherited it from my colleague who left. I tried to log in using the email address and password she gave me. However, it is asking for a six-digit code from an app I don’t have alternatively another back-up code, which I don’t know how to get! Someone yesterday said they wouldn’t be able to help me because it wasn’t my email address. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it. Gabrielle
If she has left, and we have no contact with her anymore, how do we access the invoices we have with Digital Ocean? There surely must be another way of accessing this information?
