Hey! I was using droplet earlier this summer when i just added five dollars to try myself at making websites as this was something i was wanting to do. After some time i gave up on my project and stopped using droplet. I thought droplet was just gonna use my 5 dollars and then make my account inactive which to me makes sense. I logged back in today and i was met with a screen that said i owe 15 usd? What does this mean? What happens if i dont pay it (Not that i wont, just want to know if you go on to like suing people or just ban their account) Best Regards. Freddy.

From what I can understand, you left your droplet powered off (but not destroyed) for the past 4 months or so. Powered off droplets still count towards your bill because your hardware is still being rented out to you and reserved for you. Sorry but you’ll have to pay that $15 in order to smoothly continue using DO or they’ll lock your account for not paying. Best of luck. You may also want to consider looking at your invoices for those past 3 or 4 months on your billing page.
