The recommender who i refer gets $100. Do I get a reward by spending $25 or paying $25?

You are correct the person that you refer and register using your referal link will get a $100 credit to spend for the next 60 days. You on the other hand earn $25 after the person you’ve used your referral code reaches $25 in billings.
