The DigitalOcean account that you need to change contact details on is a Team account, so the process should hopefully be pretty straightforward:

Ask someone who already has access to the Team (such as the current contact) to login to cloud.digitalocean.com and send an invite to you for access to the team. How to invite someone to a team You will probably want to be invited as an
Owneror aBillerrole. -
Once you get the invite, you should be able to login to cloud.digitalocean.com and go to the Team profile where you can edit contact details
If the people who currently have access to the team are no longer active and unable to grant you access, you will need to open up a ticket with our support team.
