What is the reason for this report?

I've been locked out of my account for 24 hours with no response

It’s been 24 hours since I have been locked out of our server and I haven’t heard a peep from DO. I ran updates yesterday morning followed by a reboot. The server never came back up. I intended to login to DO, replace the droplet with the latest backup and be back online in a few minutes. Unfortunately, I am unable to login to DO. The main problem is that the email account used to receive the 2 factor authentication code is (stupidly) hosted on the very server that is down. I opened a ticket (#03451111) and 8 hours later tried again (creating another ticket #03451678) with no response. Having lost an entire day of online sales, what do I need to do next?
