Can I upgrade my droplet’s space without having to re-install or take another server out?

Is it still the case that I cannot increase disk space without getting a bigger droplet?
Also: I have two droplets at the moment. Can I create a directory on one of them and mount it as a directory on another in an NFS kind of way?
If so, how?
Using the “Fast-Resize” option in the control panel, you can upgrade your droplet to a plan with more RAM and CPU cores. This does not affect the size of your droplet’s storage. If you need to upgrade the size of your disk space, you’ll need to create a new droplet. You can use a snapshot to clone the old server. Check out this tutorial for the details:
