What is the reason for this report?

Is there any import-path from a Virtualbox image to droplet ?

A software provider has a VPN-server I would like to host on a server@@DigitalOcean. They only deliver as AWS package or Virtualbox-image. The solution itself is a Ubuntu 18.04 installation with stuff. It seems dumb to me to install Virtualbox on Ubunto 18.04 to run ubuntu 18.04, thus I wonder what the best course of action is…
