I’m trying to host a website for a client using digital ocean, and tried creating an account. The whole point is that once the site is deployed and everything is done, I’d have to transfer ownership to the client. However, shortly after creating an account and entering my personal debit card as payment information, I got redirected to a page telling me that my account has been locked??? The biggest issue is that I was actually debited $5 and this hasn’t even been refunded despite the fact that my account is locked. Please I’d like if this is treated as urgent, as I need to deploy this website as soon as possible.
