Today my droplets totally went down .i don’t know what is happening. I wrote 3-4 emails to support none of them reply. Are you serious? Since last 8 hours, my service is turned off. I couldn’t connect with putty.

Have you tried to sign in to the dashboard and access the server from there? If you can find the server in your dashboard and it’s powered on and still can’t sign in using putty it’s probably something wrong with your ssh config.
Try restarting the droplet or sign in through the console in the dashboard.
