I set up my site Wordpress from Marketplace using https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Ehu3gwvk9I as guide and now get error: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED on any ssl page any ideas? Ive no idea how to fix this

Could you please let me know if you’re accessing the WordPress installation using an IP address or domain name? Usually the error message you’ve listed is experienced when there is no DNS resolution at the moment.
You can double check that your domain name is resolving from the correct IP address using our DNS tool:
https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tools/dns
