NextCloud Error, php issue maybe?

PHP Ubuntu 16.04

So I had nextcloud working and then recently it just stopped... no idea what the issue is now. This is what the URL for my nextcloud server shows now:

Ignore... when I upgraded to 16.04 it seems to have messed up something /w my php... i just restored my old apache folder for a few days ago and it's all good.
