Hi
when i run the P3 (Plugin Performance Profiler) https://wordpress.org/plugins/p3-profiler/ now on my VPS it dont seems like it have access to my other plugins that i run on the server. I dont see it in my graph now. Can it be some sort of access problem or something?

Could be, check with the plug ins support page and make sure your directories are having the recommended permission given by the plug in developer !!
Use their support page, https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/p3-profiler to place the question there… The developer is the best person to troubleshoot the issue I guess !!
