Its working only at website console but from windows its not connect , right after ip address i put there is not offer to write credentials , error - cant connect to droplet.

I would assume that you have only pubkey authentication available for the droplet and hence you’re currently unable to access the droplet outside the DigitalOcean console. However, would you mind pasting the exact error message that you’re receiving in the remote desktop client so we can be sure that this is the case here?
