Response from support to account login issues is unacceptable

I have opened two tickets one on Thursday Feb 11, 2021 at 11:39 PM PST and then again on Monday Feb 15, 2021 at 2:21 PM PST trying to get my access to the my account fixed so that I can log in and fix a reboot issue.

Why does it take so long for help with these issues. Keeping clients happy and being able to log into their accounts should be responded to quickly so that the services we are paying for can be utilized.
