Root password reset email not received

I hit the reset button ages ago and I still haven’t received any emails, although the notification conveyed that the email has been sent. How many years should I wait for the email to arrive?

Received the email finally.

In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SySAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we don’t know such specifics as when will be the e-mail received. Usually it’s received instantly. As such can I ask if you have you checked your SPAM folder?
