I keep getting this error:
sqlstate[22023]: invalid parameter value: 7 error: invalid value for parameter "client_encoding": "utf8mb4"
DB is MYSQL. Laravel config.database is set to mysql.

As you’ve already configured your config/database.php file, have you also defined DB_CONNECTION=mysql in your .env file?
