I chose the package, which is 5 dollars a month, but when I looked at the drop settings, I saw that it was 40 dollars. Can you change $40 to $5 package? Otherwise I will delete my account.

All Droplets are billed on an hourly basis, meaning that the $40 plan costs $0.060 per hour. So if you have just created a $40/mo Droplet, and had it for 2 hours you will pay $0.12 cents and not the whole monthly period.
What you can do is stop and delete this Droplet and create a new $5 one.
Downgrading a Droplet is often not a so easy task. Luckily, DigitalOcean has pretty good documentation about it, you can follow these steps here:
