Got a message telling me that I need to top up my account. When logging in, I get the message saying ‘We sent a verification code to your email. Enter the code from the email in the field below.’ Although it’s annoying to get this every time I log in, the verification process always worked in the past.
For some reason, I’m now no longer receiving the verification code. Nothing changed on my side, and no sign of the verification mails in my spam folder.
I sent a support ticket, but still no response after several hours. So right now I’m locked out of my account, unable to make a payment to DO, to manage my droplets or DNS. Just how long does it take for support to respond?
Ironically, I was of course not even able to log in with my account to post this message! So have created another account just for this. Crazy.
