I know there are many other posts like this out there, but I’m going to post this one nevertheless. I just opened an account, paid through PayPal, and my account was immediately locked. I sent a message asking for a look into the matter, and just got sent a reply saying that my account was associated with fraudulent behavior, and was permanently shut down. I’d like to raise an issue and ask for an explanation about what exactly it was that caused this. I’m willing to provide details to pursue this. I sent two mails, and got the same message twice. I cannot even speak to someone from their Customer Service about this.

Hey @has9h2,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Please reach out to our amazing support team who will be more than happy to assist you with your account issue! :)
Hope that helps! - Matt.
Thanks @MattIPv4 and @afzaalahmadzeeshan. I’ve already attempted to submit a query through a ticket to the support staff team, and have simply received back the mail that my account is permanently locked, with no explanation other than that it violates the policy, and no way of sending back a reply. I’d like to know how my account was reviewed, and what it was that caused a trigger for fraudulent pattern.
@has9h2 do you manage to unlock your account? i just got same issue, and there is no respond according to my tickets to the support menu except an email that has same content as yours
