I started my account with $5 through paypal (and an additional $5 promo). I would like to access to a larger droplet (preferably the $ 0.119/hourly for 8Gb ram) to run a single tutorial, but will use the $ 0.007/hourly for 518Mb for most applications. Two questions: what is the minimum $$ I would need in my account to do so because with only ~ $8 in my account I do not have access to that size droplet? and can I add money using paypal rather than entering a credit card #?
