What to do when digital ocena do not help?

I need to transfer a droplet and it is impossible. The interface asks for a visa card. The account has a visa card. The team member has no visa card.

A support ticket is the best option.

Droplets cannot be transferred between accounts but there are a few options:

1.) You can create a snapshot image of a droplet and transfer that to another account. 2.) You can add the person to a team that has the droplet in it (if it was created on a team account)

I would open a support ticket so that they can break down to you why you can’t do what you’re trying to do.
