Hello There, I have a WordPress website that has almost 27000 posts and registered users are 143000 so the database is huge up to 1.34 GB. The visitor amount is per day 400-500 Hundred. It’s a very old website.
And I have another website in the same domain subdomain it was newly installed. Now I want to move my server to Digital. Can someone please advise me to choose a droplet or VPS server or WordPress server? I am confused about which should I choose!

Hello there
Choosing the right Droplet plan depends on your workload. An oversized Droplet would underuse its resources and cost more, but an undersized Droplet running at full CPU or memory would suffer from degraded performance or errors.
You can also resize a Droplet to a larger plan after creation, including resizing to a larger Droplet plan of a different kind. For example, you can resize from a Basic Droplet plan to a larger CPU-Optimized Droplet plan. See the Droplet pricing page for a full list of plans and prices.
You can always check our tutorial on Choosing the Right Droplet Plan

Hope that this helps! Regards, Alex
Hi @mozammel990,
First, I’d recommend you to give the following page a read:
It will explain all the droplets, their advantages and disadvantages to one another.
Having said that, with your traffic I’ll suggest using the Basic droplet. The most basic Droplet – a burstable portion of vCPU – along with a configurable amount of memory.
Now, there, I’ll suggest you to choose the 10$ per month droplet as I feel it will best suite your needs.
