Why can't I raise a support ticket?

I have an issue with the public network interface and ipv6. Wanted to raise a ticket via But cannot create it, as the description field is required while at the same time cannot be edited. The description field is disabled… so I cannot add my support request and cannot create the ticket. Am I not eligable ? Have a paying account.

For all having the same issue - its a Apple Safari Browser thing. With Safari Version 14.1.2 (16611. creating tickets is not possible. Use Chrome instead… Ah… Web-Development is hard - I know… :(
