Why can't I raise a support ticket?
I have an issue with the public network interface and ipv6.
Wanted to raise a ticket via https://cloudsupport.digitalocean.com/s/createticket
But cannot create it, as the description field is required while at the same time cannot be edited. The description field is disabled… so I cannot add my support request and cannot create the ticket.
Am I not eligable ? Have a paying account.
