What is the reason for this report?

2 days trying to login. Created multiple accounts. Reset password. Tried SSH/password. Nothing works.

I am asking for help. I simply don’t know else to try. All I want to do is access my files. I want to login to my console. I have read enough articles to last a life time.

This is my situation.

First Account

  1. Created a droplet
  2. Setup using ssh keys
  3. Try to login to console. Permission denied (publickey).
  4. Try to ssh.Permission denied (publickey,password).
  5. Reset password. Change password. No.

Second Account

  1. Created a droplet
  2. Setup using password.
  3. Try to login to console. Permission denied (publickey).
  4. Try to ssh. Permission denied (publickey).
  5. Reset password. Change password. No.

Other things I’ve tried and checked:

  1. I have checked file permissions for my ssh keys
  2. I have tried recovery environment.
  3. Support desk ticket. No response 48 hours. Given up.

What am I doing wrong? I just don’t get it. Create an account, access files. How hard can this be?
