What is the reason for this report?

Account locked - but still paying for service. How to solve this?

Hello. Since the end of November 2020, I can’t access my account because it’s locked - according with Digital Ocean, because of suspicions of it being used for digital frauds and scams, which it’s completely false.

Because of this, I’ve decided to delete my data of this site, but since my account is locked, I can’t do it.

Another problem with it - and of the most importance - is that I’m STILL PAYING for YOUR services that I can’t even proprerly use. I’ve just recieve the bill for last month, even if I was COMPLETELY UNABLE to access my account.

Please, I wish to solve this problem urgently. It’s a real shame this had to happen since the service and quality provided by DigitalOcean was actually very good.
