Decided to finally pull the trigger and sign up for DO (the $100 in free credit after funding your account was a great incentive), so I used my email and created an account. I then added my paypal information and funded the account with $5 to get me started for 1 month. Transaction goes through, and then my account was locked and the $5 is refunded to my paypal account. Any ideas what I can do to resolve this? I opened two tickets and no response over 4 days, so I’m asking here in the hope that someone can help me solve this problem.
