Another domain is pointing to my IP address and mirroring my website

So i have this very small website and another domain is basically mirroring my whole site, i have tried to block the other site with UFW but with no luck so far, can i block that other domain with apache? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

What I would do in such case is:
That way even if a domain name is pointed to your server, it would not show the content of your website but it would just show the content of the default virtual host.
