Coinbase website can`t get access to my website (DO Server)

Hello,

Hope somebody could help me. I integrate the https://commerce.coinbase.com platform on the website. And test payments were successful but I couldn`t set-up normal email sending to the clients.

Here is what I got:

Here is the error: Failed to establish a connection to the remote server at https://instamama.net/

According to this error, CoinBase can`t send an event (message) to the website that the payment was successful and the email with confirmation data was sent to the clients.

I guess maybe some CoinBase port or IP blocks by the DigitalOcean side.

If someone can help I will be very grateful for the help.
