What is the reason for this report?

Could you help me activating my account ?

Hi there,

Myself Twinke Ahuja. I’m a senior manager at Tech999 company. We are getting started with the Digital ocean cloud. We signed up for an account and went through the payment process. However, we noticed our account got locked from digital ocean. If you could help us out it would be great.

We have opened a ticket with #3528057 ticket number. Kindly look into it!
