I don’t think that this is available as an environment variable out of the box.
You can see the list with the available environment variables here:

This one here might be useful for you in case that you need to associate the current deployment with a specific commit:
COMMIT_HASH: git commit hash used for this build
Alternatively, you could use the DigitalOcean API or the doctl command-line tool to get a list with the last deployments:
doctl apps list-deployments your_app_id_here
