I have a VPS at godaddy with the same specs as the droplet I created on here. I am looking to move from them… have spent all day installing everything… Starting to wonder if this is even the way to go…
I just tried the ajenti control panel… but doesn’t appear to have anything I need to do…
I need to be able to host several different wordpress sites, (5 at the most for now…)each with their own domains. Like I even have a client who I host their site for. (I do webdesign) Am I able to do that with this control panel or are their others that are recommended? I need to be able to have email (email forwarding actually). I’m used to cpanel and whm, is their anything similar that would allow me to do all of this?

Plesk and CPanel are $15 and $20 a month, respectively. I believe GoDaddy uses CPanel, so for a similar management experience, I’d recommend that. You can also try the free, open source project ZPanel.
It is possible to setup and run websites without a fancy control panel and it’s monthly charge. If another free control panel doesn’t do the job, then maybe check out these articles to do it the manual way:

And if that fails, maybe you should weigh the costs of hiring someone to help set things up.
