How do I add a DNSKEY entry for DNSSEC with digitalocean nameservers?

While following one of the tutorials on here regarding DNSSEC, I was able to set up everything correctly on my local nameserver and at the registrar level. However, some tests still fail for DNSKEY RR records when the digitalocean nameservers are used.
