Hello all,

to create a www record for your Domain, you just need to navigate to your Control Panel —> Open the project your Domain is in —> Select the more option (the tree dots under each other) —> Manage Zone.

Once in there, all you need to do is under the Create new record select the A record, in Hostname type in www, under WILL DIRECT TO add the IP address you want your to load from and click the Create Record button.

That’s it, now you have a www record for your domain.

Your DNS records should look like this:

I added but no success. An error message appears: CNAME records cannot share a name with other records. Please help me.
