how to know the exact usage of my site in digital ocean

actually i’m unable to login to my wordpress. the login page is redirecting to the same page again and again. so i google it and found that exact happen to some when they storage limit is exceeded.
so i want to know my storage information. i used putty and it shows like this

These results do not show that you have used up your available disk space. I would recommend reviewing your web server log files for any indication of an issue and delete or disable any recently installed or activated plugins or themes that may be causing an issue.

Does the address shown in the browser change during the redirect? From what to what?
