newbie question about ajenti and mail

I have lamp installed and few small sites running, not planning more then that
I want to know what mail to install i saw postfix and ajenti v what you can recommend

It really depends on what you are looking to do. Ajenti V is a full control panel that will allow you to control many aspects of your server via a web interface. For more information on it, check out this tutorial:
